The Camelback Spa - Arizona

aaahhhhhhh... Mom, Rachel and I took a girls trip to the Camelback Spa in Arizona. It was amazing! This first picture explains how you feel when you get there... The place were time stands still... They absolutely pampered us. With massages twice a day, and shopping twice a day there was hardly time to enjoy our pedicures! Here is mom and I outside the spa on day one. We don't look all that happy for some reason, not sure why, because we were happy the whole time we were there! Maybe it was because it was 110 degrees out!
This is the Spa pool. Only those using the spa are allowed to use this pool. With the beautiful mountains in the background and the wonderful water, it adds up to being a pretty good day! There was a restaurant just at the end of the pool (where i'm taking the picture) and you could sit in the restaurant or they'd bring your food out to your lounge chair.

This is a photo of the lobby, and restaurant. At night there was lights all along the side walks, waterfalls, plus a live band.

MMmmm we ordered breakfast to our unit one morning, looks like Rachel is pretty excited about it.

This was the room that Rachel and I shared. Notice how nice and clean it is...

This was our room after the first night of shopping!

Mom had her 54th birthday while were were there. We went to a really nice restaurant called, 'The Ocean Club' It was delicious! Then after our meal a peice of cake was delivered from Dad, while the song 'Maggie May' was playing. It was Mom and Dad's song, back in the day. :)
