After Las Vegas we took a short flight to Phoenix. We rented a sweet little red mustang convertable. The idea of the convertable was great, however, our suitcases barely fit in it! We made the 2 hour drive north to Sedona. Sedona is famous for it's Red Rock. The first day Trent and I did a little hike. This is a picture of Trent standing way out on one of the rocks.

This is the resort that we stayed at. Each room was an individual building. This is Trent in front of Mom and Dad's unit.

This is our fancy little ride!

Me and Mom in the backseat letting the wind blow our hair!

Dad and Trent hanging out while mom and I shopped!

This is part of another little hike we did.

This is mom and dad on a high up rock

The next day we did a big hike. This is about an hour into the hike. Here we are enjoying our little rest!

Mom and Dad along the way

Finally the top!! Dad is taking a rest at the top of the big climb.

Trent and I continued on from the top. The trail ended where dad was but we climbed up some of the rock ourselves. This the view from the top, it was amazing!

The next day we took a plane ride through the Red Rock of Sedona, and over the Grand Canyon. This is a picture overlooking the Town of Sedona.

Mom being silly just before we took off.

The Grand Canyon!

The pilot told us that there has been a lot of UFO sightings in the Sedona area. He took us over one of the main ones. It's kind of interesting, however I'm still not convinced.

This is a view of the Red Rock. In the bottom left courner you'll see a little cluster of buildings. This is where our resort was. From this you can image how wonderful our resort was, tucked away in the rocks.

On our way back on our flight, the sun was just beginning to set. This is a picture of one the snow capped mountains and the moon. I thought it was beautiful.

And finally, home sweet home. This the the four of us after we returned from our flight.
